Autumn High Street Trends

We ️ all LOVE Autumn!

It's definitely time to fully embrace the onset of Autumn and to celebrate this wonderful time of year we have teamed up with the fabulous Sarah Davies who runs Floella Interior Design and is based in the Cotswolds.

Nature & Texture

The high street is still full of botanicals and its still a huge trend at the shows for next year. Think lots of natural textures and fabrics. Wicker is making a big come back, as are shaggy rugs and if you are brave enough pick up on lovely botanical prints in bold colours. Here are a few of the high street picks that caught my eye.

Interiors have been full of teal/navy this year, they're still around and look amazing but we are starting to see a move to a more green tone - think blue/green moving towards emerald and forest greens. Team these colours with blush pink and you are on to a winner – the soft pick looks amazing with the green and it also looks great with teal. Here’s a few high street loves of mine – I particularly like the M&S green cushions – these are beautiful.

Colour Pop Kids

For me I think kids rooms should be fun – kids are messy, they have bright coloured toys and lots of STUFF! To keep these rooms perfect is impossible – well it is for my kids. I love colour and this is where you can really go to town.

I've picked a few of my complete loves from the high street and internet.

ArtRocks have the most amazing selection of neons that are just perfect for a kids bedroom and the Thibaut wallpaper is such fun without being too in your face. This is certainly one I'll be using in my daughter’s bedroom along with one or all three of these animal cushions from H&M - how cute!!!
